2. Return & Refund
a. Eligibility Period
i. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
b. Condition of Items
i. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
ii. You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
c. Change of Mind
i. Accepted only if the item is unused and in the same condition as received.
ii. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
d. Defective or Incorrect Items
i. If the item you received is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or a different product/color than ordered, we will cover all shipping costs.
ii. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions once your return is approved.
e. Non-Refundable Items
i. Clearance, sale items, and items purchased with any voucher or discount code are not eligible for refunds.
f. Refund Processing
i. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
ii. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus any non-refundable bank processing fees and, if applicable, the cost of return shipping (for change-of-mind returns).
3. Exchanges
a. Eligibility
i. One-time exchange per order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
ii. Handmade rugs cannot be exchanged for the same design (all handmade items are unique).
b. Process
i. Email info@knotsweavers.com to request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
ii. Upon approval, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
iii. Send us the original item.
iv. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement.
c. Shipping Costs
i. If the exchange is due to our error (defect, wrong item, wrong color/size), we cover all shipping fees.
ii. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement.
d. Price Differences
i. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
ii. If the replacement costs more, you will be charged the price difference.
iii. No cash or credit will be given if the replacement is of lesser value.
e. Clearance Items
i. Clearance and sale-priced rugs are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
a. Email info@knotsweavers.com with:
i. Your order number
ii. Item name and SKU
iii. Reason for return or exchange
b. Await our confirmation email with the prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.
c. Ship the item back to us as instructed.
d. Track your return shipment; we are not responsible for packages lost in transit if you use your own courier.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
a. Check First
i. Confirm with your bank or credit card company; refunds can take several days to post.
b. Still No Refund?
i. Email info@knotsweavers.com and include your order number and proof of shipment.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or at the number you provided.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Knots And Weavers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Knots And Weavers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@knotsweavers.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be assessed a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above, including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
